Analysing energy and resource consumption is a vital process in monitoring the performance and efficiency of a building.  This project was based on using specific analysis techniques such as Benchmarking (using Normalised Performance Indicators-NPI), and Regression and CUSUM analysis; to assess the energy and resource consumption of the Jury’s Inn Hotel in Glasgow.

An additional part of the project involved setting up a demand and supply calculator for building integrated Rainwater Harvesting and Wind Turbine technologies.
